Yeah try adding some Legumes to that diet Inter, your energy levels will soar If you're eating less/no carbs it'll really help doing this. If you add in eggs for breakfast (say 2-3 with at least one yolk) within 30 minutes after you get up it'll help with fat loss also (not saying you need fat loss, but if that's your aim)
