If your wondering, my diet is SUPER simple... It's boneless, skinless chicken breast 5 times a day. You only eat half the breast though.
The breast is topped with a bit of shredded cheese and salsa.
It is delicious and for once a diet I enjoy.
Oh god... Never again. Chicken breasts are dead to me, ditto for turkey and tuna. Beef and pork everything forever
Lasagna! I haven't had it in years but it's food of the gods!
