Heston has a little shameless behaviour in the past
A whole egg, yolk and all is good for you, but it has more fat and cholesterol. What I usually do is pass the yolk back and forth between the broken shells to get the whites out and then toss the yolk out. Sometimes I put some yolk in because some fat IS GOOD FOR YOU.
