yeah one thing i do that is bad is watch tv episodes on the computer before i sleep, which is not the reason for the insomnia but it sure aint helping,
I plan on going to see a specialist if it continues but have to wait till febuary for that is when my insurance kicks in...that is if i can last that long.
im going to start exercising when i can for i know that will help me a bit
but yeah it sucks i can get to the exact point of where i would fall asleep and its like my mind gets scared and popps back awake
live to far for the bike riding but i thought of just going for a walk when i get out work see ow tat works
