Carrots are awesome. Very low calorie, lots of nutrients, and a lot of fiber to keep your digestive system working well. Apples fall into the same category. And I can really get into a bowl of spinach with a little bit of Caesar dressing.
Will protein shakes keep the weight on? It doesn't matter if it's protein shakes or cheeseburgers, calories in vs. calories out.
