I did the same routine as last night and this is my timings for two exercises:
2:03 for 25 sets of jab, straight right, left hook, right thai kick to body/head.
1:22 for 100 1-2 combo.
I took my pulse at my wrist and I'm at 145 beats/minute.
I plan on trying to do this on a daily basis to work on my cardio.
I was definitely gassed at the 20th set of the thai drill.
I was gloved and de-gloved for the 1-2 combo drill. If the strike-rate is accurate I apparently threw about 2.4 strikes per second..
