I know how that feels. I ordered my computer through ebay and it was supposed to be brand new. Somehow when i got the computer the blue ray drive was too big for the computer case and it wouldnt come out of the computer case socket. Eventually i trimmed down the blue ray slot so it will fit through the computer case but after 2-3 tries it just died. Isnt that something?
