I actually listen to music before I do any sort of training, never during. Can't workout with music for some reason.
The music I will listen to before a workout is often a lot different than I what I would listen to during the evening. Evening times, anything goes. Love old school r'n'b and Radiohead. Before training, I will listen to almost anything by Mobb Deep, Biggie, Jedi Mind Tricks, KRS One, Brock's WWE theme.. Y'know, stuff from the east coast mainly. Think the next workout tune I will put on will be 'Survival Of The Fittest'
