Squats 3,3,3,3,3@305lbs
Overhead Squats 10,10@95lbs
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 10,10@185lbs
Standing Calf Raise 10,10 @150lbs.

Last weak peaking srength. Brutal but good workout. Now getting consistent headaches by the end of my workouts. If its not post concussion its my neck from shity posture.
