Inverted Rows 6,3,2
Lat Pull Down 10,7,5 @ 100
DB Rows 10,8,8 @ 60lbs
DB Curls 5,2,2 @ 40lbs
This circuit needs some tweaking, I was in a rush today and just kind of winged it.
