I'm struggling with the Bodybuilding.com site, the post about calculating your needs, is very hard to understand, a nice (Foolsproof) guide on how to calculate it.
I dont really understand the whole
This food has 35g of fat
60g protein, and so on and so forth.
I just eat:
Eggs for breakfast
Snack on Nuts (Insert Gay Related Jokes Here)
A sandwich with White Bread, Turkey, Cheese and Tomato
Snack on Nuts Again
And Tea/Dinner - Either Chicken, Steak or Fish with vegetables.
I probably will get some whey protein. Seems pretty cheap off the site previously mentioned ^ ^ ^
