I hope Floyd wins, just because I want to see the Pacquiao fight one day and because Floyd is so damn good to watch, but Cotto is decent odds at this weight. Floyd will have bigger gloves on and so probably won't be able to hurt Cotto, and Cotto has the jab and body work to push Floyd all the way.
