This for sure doesn't happen in Asian schools. A buddy of mine teaches english overseas in both China and Japan 10 months out of the year. He teaches all age levels from 3rd grade to college. He always brings home tons of pictures and videos and I am always amazed by how different it seems from my experiences growing up in American schools. The students have so much respect for their teachers and each other. I am interested to know if anyone has an experiance like this from a European school. Sadly, a large number of Americans are being raised without knowledge of manners. Her mother probably acted this way.
