I recently fell back in the hole - and I'm hating myself for it...
I quit for almost six months and then I get drunk and start again in my hungover state
Hoping to catch the flu, that helped me last time around
So far I've been strategic to minimize my smoking, I've put the cigs on the top shelf in one of my kitchens closets and I've put the ashtray out on my balcony - just to make smoking as inconvenient as possible for myself. I'm down to 4-5 a day, which is a BIG improvement
Hoping to quit by the end of the week
