Let's picture who the major audience is for the Ultimate Fighter Live ...I'm guessing males aged 18-30? A lot single? A lot work 9-5 jobs who can't wait to get drunk Friday night and party??

So when the show comes on, these guys are probably at the bar trying to get laid!

IMHO, pick a day during the week where they have to work the next day. Those are the best TV nights ...amirite?
This is an excellent point. Most 18-30 year old alpha males are not sitting on their couch watching TV on a Friday night, so it's unfair to compare this season's ratings to past seasons that were aired on Wednesdays. It would be beneficial if they just kept the show on Wednesdays, but I would guess the reason they couldn't is that it probably conflicts with some other FX show on Wednesday nights.
