You have the right mindset though because you already know the negative aspects of it. You can do it! Better yet make a bet with me that you can quit or else you'll have to pay me $150. I won't be happy taking your money, but if that's what it takes to make you stop then I'll do it!
That made me laugh, game on! Also I have too much going on to be still smoking; 3 year old and one on the way. I love every second of my daughters life in just 3 years so I am certain I don't want to miss anymore than I have too.
