Eating 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals shrinks the size of your stomach.
Eating smaller meals doesn't "shrink" the size of your stomach. Neither does it make you lose weight at a faster rate while ingesting the same amount of calories. The difference between 6 meals a day and 2 meals a day, pertaining to weight loss, is insignificant.
It's all about personal preference. If eating 6 meals a day leaves you more satiated than 3 meals a day, eat 6 meals a day. If 2 meals a day works better around your schedule, don't feel like it's the end of the world.
