Dude, that sucks. Blizzard seems to be eager to keep its customers nowadays so I hope you get your stuff back.
On a lighter note, thanks for all the answers. I guess I'll get the demo of Kingdoms of Amalur and give it a go. Don't really have anything else right now since me and my friends quit SWTOR because of lack of content. I suppose my expectations are a bit lower now so maybe that way I can have some fun with it.
