I am probably in the minority here but I really don't believe in supplements. They can be dangerous as it is easy to overdose causing problems for your organs. Also they can have bad interactions with other medication you take. Some of the vitamins simply have too much.
I drink protine shake and take the one a day multivitamin that's it. I try to get the rest with a steady diet.
It isnt prescription? Its protein shakes, multivitamins, Creatine, blah blah blah.
