First of all I think the UFC needs to define Takedown scoring!!!
We have seen judges score fights heavily in favour of TD's and seen some judges score fights in favour of striking. Lets say 20 head strikes over 2 Takedowns.
They also need to define striking technique, e.g does a sloppy/lucky right hook score same as a textbook technique slip to right then counter right hook.
Fabio Maldonado has shown great technique in striking but it doesnt seem to get recognised.
