Playing with kettlebells for the first time today, will get the hang of things in brazil and pick one up for home use when I get home.

20kg kettlebell

Deadlift 5,5,5
High Pull 5,5,5
Two Hand Swing 5,5,5
One Hand Swing 5,5,5
Single Snatch 5,5,5
Bent Over Rows 5,5,5
Two Hand Press 5,5,5

Bodyweight is down to 203lbs from 215 when I arrived.
