I read about 8 pages of it at chapters, if you're a Sonnen fan you will enjoy it or looking for something for pure entertainment. However its not worth the 30 bucks their selling it for at chapters. I was looking for Silva's book, however they don't carry it or Forrest's book. But they had a shitload of Sonnen book.
