This is beautiful, thanks guys. I weigh 184, but my stomach area and thighs are actually kind of pudgy. I'm really a thin-built frame, but I've been doing a lot more sitting. I'm starting to run more and get more into exercise, and you guys talking really helps me to figure a better diet than eating sandwiches at lunch and everything.
Would sit-ups after running help my stomach to go down? And avoiding mayonnaise and bread too?
