For instance, im a shogun fan and always will be... but goddamn everytime I see him go for that sh!tty kneebar of him I wanna kill myself lol.
Or diaz, I hate how he stuck to his gameplan in the condit fight for 5 rounds when it was obviously not working. I just wished he didn't just move forward when condit run (yes run!!) but went for a double or the clinch or SOMETHING.
Goddamn Feijao and Thiago Silva popping hot.. That really disappoints me. Edson getting KOed by Varner was disappointing aswell, but he'll be back. Nick Diaz not showing up to things, the press conference didn't annoy me as much as the aftermath from it, but the BJJ tourney left a bad taste in my mouth. Condit's intelligent gameplan, I really wanted them both to stand in the middle of the octagon and slug it out Shogun V Hendo style. Uncle Creepy V Mighty Mouse 1&2.
Someone changing their fighting style for a fight.
Obvious two would be Condit and Guida.
You can have a gameplan. "Go for the takedown, go for submissions" etc. but you're a fighter who believes in his abilities. If you then completley change from an exciting fighting style to a boring one just for the win, I hate that as a fan. I was a Guida fan before that fight. His relentless wrestling style defined him, but now I see him as a strategist who doesnt care about having a good fight. My favourite fighters are fight of the night fighters.
Also, people who leave it too late to expload. Wanderlei left it until the last 20 seconds of the Franklin fight to go for it. I'd prefer to be knocked out in the 5th when I'm down on the cards than lose by clean decision. As sooon as the 5th bell goes, throw until you get KOed or KO your opponent.
Maybe it's just me but does anyone else hate to see people break mentally against bones.
Rampage, rashad, machida even shogun a bit all were coming in the fight with good faith. Though the moment he starts using his reach or some of those flashy moves it like they freez up -.-
I really understand it's damn easy to talk like this if your not in there fighting yourself, but come on their elite proffesional fighters.... they should look pass that stuff.
Leben getting sloppy in both real life and in fights. When he is clean and focused he is actually better than the sum of his skills. When he is drugged up, boozed up, or gets stupid sloppy in his striking looking for the power shot he loses, and looks bad doing it.
Huge Leben fan and out of everything I hope he overcomes the demons in his life.
I hate BJs work ethic. He is extremely talented, but for all the great accomplishments he has had I feel he could have accomplished much more if he was fully dedicated. But then again I dont live in Hawaii.
Frankie Edgar not realizing he was losing every exchange in which he caught Bendo's kick, and doing it over and over instead of trying to time it and counter. That was really disappointing.
Totally, was a bad idea on Frankie's part. If your entire gameplan is based on moving and being elusive... Don't catch a kick and stand still so your opponent can punch you in the head.
I hate that BJ stopped working with the Marinovich bros and stopped pushing himself further along the path of greatness after he demolished Diego Sanchez and made him his bitch.
- The fact that Rich Franklin refuses to join an elite camp and trains with his best buddies Matt Brown and Jorge Gurgel instead. I feel like if Franklin would have joined an elite camp like AKA, Greg Jackson's, ATT or even Roufusport, he would have had much more success in his already incredible career.
- Cain Velasquez's chin.
- Carlos Condit's weak TDD and wrestling.
- I don't find anything I don't like about Weidman yet but I wish he was more explosive. I think he has all the tools needed to beat Anderson except an explosive double.
- Faber's camp. Benavidez, Mendes, and all the other guys at team Alpha Male seem like huge assholes (I've met them all). As much as I like Faber, I have a hard time rooting for team Aplha Male.

This is very very true. Rich has done incredibly well for not being part of an elite camp and pretty much handling his own training. But he could have been much better with the camp behind him, even still at this late in the game
I Love Shogun but I hate the fact that he comes in fat and out of shape in every other fight. When he's in shape he's the most awsome fighter ever, but it seems he only comes in 100% top shape to fight Machida.
I also have alot of love for BJ Penn & can't stand the fact that he can't dedicate himself more, pretty much the same problem as Shogun, but I think Shoguns body is too worn, while BJ just lacks motivation.
It's so frustrating to see these extremely talented guys who always brings an exciting fight, come in and lose to people they really shouldn't be losing to.
Mousasi disaoppoints me. He'd have the ability to beat anybody in the 205 division outside JBJ perhaps, yet he continues to train like an amateur.
