yeah, Honey is loads better for you than sugar, but tastes like ASS in some things. it's good in porridge.
The best 'quick' workout routine ive found is if you go for a run, jog for 30 seconds, then sprint full out for 30 seconds. do this for 10 minutes. you can replace running, with rowing/cross trainer/cycling/swimming. what ever suites you best.
that workout for cardio is a killer!
Yeah this, interval training is the best thing for losing weight and getting in shape. If you're like me and can't be bothered timing it just do the runs and sprints in-between lampposts.
