Don't be afraid to try different exercises, even if you do it wrong its still better than nothing. ( unless its dangerous, don't do high risk activities)
Something that makes you use your leg muscles, they are BIG muscles and they will burn calories and help your cardio more than anything else. IMO
Totally agree with you. Most guys prepare their whole body, and leave their legs out. This will lead to 100% failure!
