You definitely can't force a solid workout. If you can manage it with your schedule, I would suggest a light workout (cardio and body weight work) in the morning, then your more intense workout later in the day when your body is up and alert. You will see better gains if you workout when you can put more in, and you can cut down on energy drink intake.
