Round 1 - Leon Roberts mans the middle. Kingsbury lands early and he goes right to the ground and looks to choke Manuwa out. Manuwa working from his butt as Kingsbury has a front choke applied. Manuwa not having much success getting out of here. Things start to stall and the English fans are anxious for a standup, especially since it will help Manuwa, their countryman. Roberts is taking a close look to see if Kingsbury is doing enough, but Manuwa gets back to his feet and they separate. Manuwa lands a nice right uppercut, then just misses another. Kingsbury ties him up, but Manuwa nearly lands a knee. Manuwa looks to be finding some rhythm, and then lands a massive right hand that puts Kingsbury down. Instead of going in, he lets Kingsbury back up and then starts landing more big bombs and kicks and knees. He's got Kingsbury on the ropes with lots of time left. He lands a left kick, then starts picking his shots and landing everything. A couple o fleet jabs are followed by a knee. Then another. Kingsbury goes into defensive mode and tries for a takedown, but Manuwa again wants him up. This is looking like a mismatch on the feet. Manuwa is landing everything he wants and Kingsbury is merely trying to survive. And he will survive the frame. But it's a 10-9 first round for Manuwa on the MMAjunkie.com card.

Round 2 - Another big kick for Manuwa early, but Kingsbury bullies him to the canvas and is on top. Kingsbury looks for some elbows, but Manuwa scrambles ou and lands a knee back on the feet. Kingsbury again will tie him up and try to do anything he can to keep Manuwa from being able to strike. They break, and shortly after, Kingsbury again tries to keep Manuwa at bay. But Manuway lands more knees, then tries to throw a spinning back fist. Then a kick to the body again has Kingsbury looking for the tie-up. This time, Manuwa goes to the ground with him instead of having him stand and he looks to work on a choke. They're back to standing with 90 seconds left in the round, and Manuwa casually lands a left hook. Kingsbury gets another takedown at 1:10, though – it's his only real offense so far, just keeping Manuwa from using his. Kingsbury is in side control, though not doing much with the position yet. He looks for some very short elbows, but they're not doing much damage. Despite Kingsbury being on top at the end of the round, MMAjunkie.com gives the frame to Manuwa 10-9 once again. But we won't have a third round. Big hematoma over Kingsbury's left eye, and that's going to do it. Jimi Manuwa def. Kyle Kingsbury via TKO (doctor's stoppage) - Round 2, 5:00
