Nope, not in the real world where people use their own brains.
I just realized how dumb that sounds. People using their own brain... what is this? The 1760's?
Even if you're a firm believer in "the judges are always right" there's still a 1/3 chance Bones lost the round. That's statistically significant and basically makes the decision void.
