If Cain loses, it'll probably work like:-

Cain Vs Cawin/Nelson.
Cain Vs Nog/Struve/Werdum or something.
Cain Vs Overeem (if he loses).

A sreak like that = another title shot. HW has fuuuuuuuk all proper competitors.
