Feeling pretty good right now. I have passed the phase where I have to convince myself to workout and I actually want to do it now. That was always my biggest downfall. I would start exercising again and after a few days of soreness and exhaustion I would just fabricate excuses to put it off.
So hard to keep motivated when your working out alone at home.
