I seem to have missed this section of the forum when I jumped right into asking a question(the nerve I know). I'm Mike - From Nova Scotia Canada but I'm living in Edmonton. I started training in Mauy thai and jujutsu just over a month ago and I've been enjoying it enough to do a bit of reading.
I started because I wanted to get in shape, but I wanted the fitness level to be functional instead of just a bunch of bulk from the gym. I'm not looking to be too competitive as a fighter but I see it as a good way to test myself so I want to do it right.
