You so conveniently forgot that Weidman took that Maia fight on a short notice, so he had to drop an insane amount of weight in a short time. If you think that didn't make his performance suffer you need to run into the skyscraper again.. Every fight Weidman has had after a full camp, he has looked impressive.
Is he ready for Anderson? I don't think so. But he sure is a helluva lot better than you give him credit for.
