I just think that right now, people should be more apprecitive of such an amazing generation for MMA. The talent now of non-champions surpasses the talent of former champions by far.

Junior Dos Santos has beat Velasquez, Carwin and Mir, and would beat Couture, Lesnar, Sylvia etc. quite easily.

Jon Jones is by a long shot the greatest LHW champion of all time, with defences over Rampage, Evans, Machida, Shogun and Vitor far surpassing Ortiz, Liddel and Shamrock's ranks.

Anderson Silva is the greatest fighter of all time.

GSP is far out in front with only Matt Hughes being close to him, and GSP's two wins over Hughes makes the deciding call.

Really, the domination is just a showcase of how great MMA is right now, and that even though we have great fighters like Machida, Evans, Sonnen, Velasquez, Gustaffson, Glover, Faber, Edgar, Nick and Nate, Fitch etc. on the roster, all good enough to be world champions in any other era, the head stones on top define how great an honour it is to become a UFC champion.

I'm probably the best at keeping threads on topic of all time.
