He has had 3 defenses in the UFC. This division is young. The #2 ranked FW isn't even in the UFC. Frankie just dropped to 145.

It will be over a year that he will have sat out. He has been dominant, but he hasn't cleared the division and held his title for years like GSP or Anderson. And Jones has just made beating the top 5 LHWs look too easy. That is why I list him as "dominant".

Aldo is great, but he hasn't looked like Jones and doesn't have the defenses GSP or Anderson does.
