Initial Steps
- Drop to two glasses of pop a day. Utilizing caffeine pills to mitigate withdrawal symptoms.
- Control food intake using protein shakes and snacks.
- Cardio and muscular endurance regimen. Wear knee brace and utilize yoga style stretching for every session. Twice a day.
