5'5". It's bad. I let myself go hard after I got hurt earlier this year. It's not as horrifying as it sounds. My waist when I'm in good shape is 40". I don't get small. I'm aiming for 200 right now.
Damn, even hitting the weights hard that's heavy as fuk. I'm 6' at 14 stone, which I think is like 196 or something, and usually I'm pretty big in frame compaired to everyone around the same height as me. You'd ragdoll me in a fight and you're 7 inches smaller haha.
