Up at 6:30 a.m. Work until 5:30 pm. Into the gym at 6pm for strength and conditioning. MMA class at 8pm. Dead at 9:30 pm. Hom for din dins at 10:30. Liver and veg.
If I keep this up and it doesn't make me lose weight I will hang myself.
