281 6'5. When I was in the army a few years ago I worked out twice a day and my weight stabilized at around 235. That would have to be my goal. Very very tough to do in 8 weeks though. Pretty crazy that I have put on that much, but I have not been in the gym for almost a year now. Heading out now for the first workout, putting my war face on. Let's gooo.
From the original thread. Went at it hard in the gym today, but a recent overnight train journey have ****ed my sleep schedule up. That's a real issue. Hopefully I can shake it off.
