I have indeed and I understand that my right is much stronger than my left however, I have worked so hard at my jab that I throw it almost harder than I throw my jab with my right when I change to southpaw but then my left cross is very weak. Understandably so as I do not have the technique on the left cross and not to interested to work on it because I will never use it in a fight. What bothers me most is the pain I experience in my shoulder upon impact. If I could trade I would swap my very big right hand for a left hook like Frazier.
Might just take some work... Any good heavy bag drills to improve? Do you recommend practicing the technique slowly until I have the muscle memory down and then speed it up gradually?
