no i broke my ankle! fortunately I got the green light from the surgeon today for the bike and rowing machine. i have another follow up in 2 weeks and he says it may come off then. he says I can put some weight on it, as much as I feel comfortable doing, but i still need the crutches. He said I could do stuff like hip abduction and adduction, leg extension, hamstring curls etc. today i was on the bike 35 min. and worked shoulders. however i'm used to much more cardio than that so will likely increase it each day. i did a little with the heavy bag but extremely carefully.
