I don't think a guy who lost his last fight for the interim title should be given a fight for the undisputed title without gaining a win or two first. There are a lot of guys at WW that would be fun to see him fight first.
Last thing we need is for a title fight to be scrapped because he can't pass a pre-fight drug test. It would be interesting to know how he intends to pass them moving forward, because I doubt he's underwent a lifestyle change even with the suspension.
