I think his diet works, Alves hasn't missed weight since pairing up with him but I have to take anything he says with a grain of salt because he's promoting his diet after all. Seems like a cool dude though, he was on Rogan's podcast a while back.
I used his diet to lose some weight and it was really easy actually. Obviously not as professional, but everything they eat is tasty and you dont feel like you miss out on food.
