Time to strip him of the belt. This must be really depressing for Cruz right now, but you can't have a champion sit out for two years and not defend the belt, not under any circumstances. That's life, shit happens, you either deal with it and grow as a person or accept defeat and give up.

When he comes back, have him instantly fight for the title against who ever becomes the new champ. Always enjoy watching Cruz fight as well, what a bummer.
