Coming off an elbow injury that put me out of training for 8 weeks.

Front Kettlebell Squat 50lbs 15 reps
Overhead Kettlebell Squat 15 reps

rest 1 min.

Forward Barbell Lunge 55 lbs 15 reps - Each leg

rest 1 min.

Step Up 30" Box 50 lbs 15 reps
Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift 55 lbs 15 reps
Sumo Squat 55 lbs 15 reps



3 Rounds Speed Bag
3 Rounds Mitt work
3 Rounds Heavy Bag
3 Rounds Shadowboxing

100 Push ups 25x4 (Dont want to overstress the elbow)
20 Pull ups 5x4 (Same thing from above)


Legs are now sore as ****, ran out of protein so I ordered 12 lbs to keep that shit in stock. Dad lost 13 lbs in less than 3 months from kicking hisass every other day. Props old man. Dudes a freaking beast. Truth.
