half hour jog
6x20 pushup/ 5x 25 crunch for the warmup (I did 3x25 and 3x20/ 5x75)
brad did not show tonight, so the senior group worked on mitts for 45-minutes or so.
I Held mitts for ben and ricky G. this evening.
Before helping with the mitts I did 5x12 hanging knee raises.
After the general work, I did 5x15 hanging knee raises.
there was nothing real particular about tonight.
Throughout life there are bumps along the way some may be painful...others not...who gives a damn in the end you'll still die
