Sucks for the guy. I'm not sure if it's what I did, but everything points towards me doing the same thing a few months ago and I've only picked back up training. 3 months later and I'm only training once a week, and I can't even bounce around on my toes. So take Dom, who's injured himself time and time again, and fights in a very mobile fashion, will be a hard road for him to return to the octagon.
