Spiking doesn't happen that often guys. It is only considered spiking if the guy slammed could not have avoided the throw. I.e if he holds on to a triangle or an armbar you can straight up smash them on their skulls because at any point they can stop it by letting go.
Beaches v cote is the spike I remember most recently but it was kind of border line.
