One of my mates went 10-1 Pro Muay Thai at Tiger, he has unbelievable standup now. I highly recommend that palce, the stuff he teaches us ohhh baby.

I have the Norovirus, spewing since 3 am and have had half a bottle of lucozade all day that I kept down. Feel like death and missing the work night out. I have no luck.
