I've had a bit of a break in training.
Got back after being occupied with work outside the gym.
I led the pushups, and got 115 in tonight and was battling through them. Got in 200 crunches.
After the circuit warmup above, we did 3-three minute rounds of bob & weave, ducking, slips, and rotation movement.
I Primarily helped a new face in the gym tonight.
I saw the coach leading a pushup ladder, when I saw this I had the new guy do a 10.
I gave a shot at 14 which was 3 more than the last one I'd done and got through it.
Throughout life there are bumps along the way some may be painful...others not...who gives a damn in the end you'll still die
